Seafarers secure ID Card and Card Personalization System

Bids are invited from interested, eligible parties by Chairman, Ministry of Procurement Committee of the Ministry of Ports & Shipping and Southern Development for Seafarers Secure Identity (ID) Card and Card personalization System issued by Merchant Shipping Secretariat. This service is mainly focused on following/ requirements.

    • Application Software that use ID Card Personalization Solution to Support the complete process workflow from fata retrieval to issuance of the ID cards.
    • Hardware components to perform the secure card personalization such as Card Personalization such as Card Personalization Machine, Personal Computers and QA Devices.
    • 30,000 Polycarbonate material pre- printed mart Cards with the durability of 10 years.
    • Service to implement the system as well as support with in the project Warranty and Post Warranty Maintenance Period.
