Dubai’s One Nature luxury hotel group to build resort in Sri Lanka’s southern nature reserve

Sri Lanka’s Government Information Department has reportedly stated that Dubai’s One Nature luxury hotel group is to lease land near Sri Lanka’s southern coast nature reserve in Yala to build a resort with 28 chalets.
The Government Information Department has stated that the Cabinet of Ministers had this week approved a proposal to give seven acres at Palatupana, Yala, to One Nature on a long term lease of 50-years.
The Dubai luxury boutique hotel group offers nature-based adventure tourism and operates the Nyaruswiga Safari Camp in the Serengeti, Tanzania.
According to reports, another one, the Orangi River Safari Lodge, is under construction.
