Supply and Delivery of 20,000MT Raw Non-Iodized Salt to National Salt Limited
The project entails importing high-quality raw, non-iodized salt that meets stringent quality and packaging requirements, ensuring its suitability for human consumption and compliance with both international standards and local regulations. The salt will be supplied in 50 Kg (20Ft and roughly 745 containers) woven polypropylene food-grade bags and delivered in three weekly consignments through Late-April to Early-June 2025. The bidding process is open to international suppliers with proven expertise, financial capacity, and experience in salt exports, ensuring transparency and fair competition.
The project aims to address market demand and mitigate potential shortages by partnering with a qualified supplier who can delivery the required quantity promptly and reliably. Emphasis is placed on quality assurance, logistical efficiency, and compliance with environmental and safety standards, demonstrating the government’s commitment to safeguarding public health and fostering economic resilience through strategic imports.
