Second Integrated Road Investment Program
Loan 3579/3580 – SRI Second Integrated Road Investment Program – Tranche 1
The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Second Integrated Road Investment Program Tranche 1. A portion of this loan will be applied for eligible payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of the Asian Development Bank.
Bidders may Bid for one or several contract packages. If the bidder submits several successful (lowest evaluated substantially responsive) bids, the evaluation will also include an assessment of the Bidders capacity to meet the aggregated qualification requirements as provided in Section 3 of the bidding document of respective contract package.
