The Chairman, Standing Project Consultancy Procurement Committee (SCPCP) on behalf of the Client, Ministry of Megapolis & Western Development invites proposals from the Consultants who have registered with the Central Environment Authority (CEA) for Conducting of an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Western Region Light Rail Transit (WRLRT) Project. Approximate project length is 83.6 km.
Consultancy Organization will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method and procedure described in this RFP, in accordance with the policies described in the latest version of the Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants published by the Government of Sri Lanka.
