Procurement of One Million Preprinted Polycarbonate Cards for the Issuance of National Identity Card
The Department for Registration of Persons will be continuing with the Preprinted Polycarbonate National Identity Cards (NIC) until new biometric NICs applicable to the whole population are ready for issuance. Deliver required pre printed poly carbonate cards and sample cards during the specified time period.
