Increase the income of the Sri Lanka railways and make use of the roof area of the buildings owned by the railways department which have not been effectively utilized so far. From this, this pilot project will provide the necessary support as a government agency for the Suriya Bala Sangramaya project implemented by the Sri Lanka Solar Energy Authority
