National Transmission and Distribution Network Development

The Government of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from Japan International Corporation Agency (JICA) towards the cost of National Transmission and Distribution Network Development and Efficiency Improvement Project (NTDND&EIP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the Contract for Package 4 – Lot A: Construction of Primary Substations, Distribution Substations & Cables in Dehiwala Mt. Lavinia & Battaramulla.
The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Execution and Completion of:

a. Construction of 33kV/ 11kV Primary Substations.
b. Construction of Radial Substations and Distribution substations.
c. Installation of 33kV, 11kV & 0.4kV power Cables and Optical Fiber Cables.
d. Installation of 33kV & 11kV Overhead Switchgear.
