Establishment of Exotic Energy Technology Power Plants-RFP
Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has decided to call International Competitive Bids for the development of Exotic Energy Technology Power Plants on Build Own & Operate (BOO) basis for following technologies.
However, if a project proponent wishes to develop a plant connected to a Grid Substation other than preferred Grid Substation the bidder has to get concurrence from DGM (RED&PM) prior to closing of bid. DGM(RED&PM) shall provide the concurrence considering the grid capacity availability as per the request.
Ceylol Electricity Board (CEB) requests for proposals from the prospective developers (Project Proponents) for the generation and supply of electricity to the National Grid by above Exotic Energy Technology Power Plants, on Build Own & Operate (BOO) basis.
