• Construction work involves necessary Surveying and Setting out Works, Concrete Works, Masonry Works, Exterior and Interior Finishes including Painting, Structural Works, Metal Works,
Waterproofing Works, Roofing, Downpipes, Storm water drainage systems, Internal roads, Landscaping works. Plumbing Mechanical and Electrical installations including supply and
installation of necessary plants, equipment, Lifts, Escalators, IT works and to carry out commissioning and acceptance tests as specified.
