The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Green Power Development and Energy Efficiency Improvement Investment Program – tranche 1. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contact named above. No nationality restrictions apply, other than any restrictions arising from ITB 4.7.
