Complete Solution for Driving License Information System, Personalization and Printing
In the interest of technological advancement and a system upgrade, the Department of Motor Traffic invites bids from contractors and/or firms proposing the implementation of a new Driving License Information System and the responsibility of Driving License Printing and Issuance.
BOO contract period is seven (07) years or issuance of five million Driving Licenses (whichever comes first), from the date of live operation.
Supplier is expected to provide the support, maintenance, warranty and post-warranty services until the contract period is completed.
