OSL take:

Sri Lanka’s tourism sector is on a continuous growth path in the past few years and has even shown an impressive return to normalcy following the setback suffered in the Easter Sunday attacks in April. Tourist arrivals are on the increase and Sri Lanka continues to maintain the top slot as the destination of the year in several key global travel publications. The award won by a Sri Lankan resort and spa in London is yet another indication of the high level of tourist resorts in the country. Foreign businesses/investors could therefore explore business opportunities in Sri Lanka’s tourism industry.
