Sri Lanka’s Havelock City residential development project completes phase 4
A premier residential development in Sri Lanka, Havelock City, has ceremoniously concluded the topping out ceremony of phase 4 of its project that marked the completion of the structure up to the roof slab.
Havelock City Residential was built in several phases and the successful sellout of phases 1 and 2 as well as the completion of phase 3 had paved way for phase 4, which is the latest addition in the Havelock City Residential Development.
According to reports, the two luxury apartment towers of phase 4 – named Edmonton and Peterson Towers – comprise of 340 elegantly designed 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units along with a select number of luxury suites and penthouses over 31 floors.
Phase 4 will be ready for occupation in 2020 and is currently taking reservations offering buyers the last chance to own an apartment at Havelock City.
Built on 18 acres of prime land in the heart of Colombo, the Havelock City project is the largest mixed-use development programme comprising both residential and commercial components.
