Sri Lanka’s Havelock City to handover its Phase 3 Residential Apartments

Havelock City Residential Apartments of Sri Lanka has reportedly announced its Phase 3 Residential Apartments are all set to be handed over since the Certificate of Conformity (COC) from Sri Lanka’s Urban Development Authority (UDA) has been received.
The announcement follows the successful, on-schedule completion of Phase 3 construction in August 2019.
Located at the heart of mega-project Havelock City, the two luxury residential towers of Phase 3 – named Stratford and Melford – comprise of 304 apartments over 28 floors, offering garden and sea views, the local media reported.
With only a handful of units available in Phase 3, interested buyers looking to immediately move into a built-up apartment are to be given the opportunity to purchase their luxury apartment at an attractive price excluding VAT, the developers Overseas Realty has said in a press release.
The Havelock City Residential Development is being built in Phases, and the successful sales of all units in Phase 1 and 2 have paved way for Phase 3 which is now ready for occupation.
Phase 4 comprising of two more luxury apartment towers – named Peterson and Edmonton – is currently under construction.
“Careful planning and execution from our team has allowed us to stay on track with development,” Pravir Samarasinghe, Chief Executive Officer at Overseas Realty has been quoted as saying. “The rate at which units are being sold is further testament to homeowners truly comprehending the immeasurable value a residence at Havelock City offers.”
The Havelock City Clubhouse – the only one of its kind in Sri Lanka – is equipped with a wide array of facilities and amenities, ranging from swimming pools, a jacuzzi, gymnasium, squash courts, launderettes, a mini supermarket and banquet halls; providing easy access to both essentials and luxuries within the ‘city’ itself.
