OSL take:
Sri Lanka’s tourism authorities have been engaged in conducting promotional activities globally in order to give an additional boost to the country’s tourism industry. The country’s tourism industry has shown an impressive return to normalcy following the setback suffered in the Easter Sunday attacks in April. The island continues to maintain its position among the top tourist destinations in many key global travel publications. All this has resulted in an increase in tourist arrivals to the country and foreign investments along with it. Foreign businesses could therefore explore business opportunities in Sri Lanka’s tourism industry.
