Lanka Property Web.com to host Sri Lanka’s largest property show for the second successive year
Lanka Property Web.com is to host Sri Lanka’s largest property show on February 16th and 17th at the Kingsbury Hotel for the second successive year.
Media reports state that over 20 exhibitors are expected to participate at this year’s event,
A statement on the event has noted that visitors will be able to view properties ranging from Rs. 10 million upwards, as well as lands from Rs. 85,000 per perch.
Reports state that following a highly successful Property Show last year, the organizers aim to make this year’s event even larger and more successful, Managing Director of Lanka Property Web Daham Gunaratna has said.
“This year, a wider spectrum of property developments and property related exhibitors will be participating while three leading banks will also stalls.”
This would be the best opportunity for anyone looking to buy property to find great deals on sale prices, and also save on the 15 percent VAT that will be imposed on apartment sales from 1 April, he has noted.
Another feature at this year’s event will be seminars and discussions about property investments.
Visitors can also speak with the real estate agents present, so they will be able to better grasp the industry’s traits and assess their investment options more comprehensively.
