The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has applied for a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Colombo Suburban Railway Efficiency Improvement Project (CSREIP). A portion of this loan will be applied for eligible payments under the contract named above.
The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation/ Sri Lanka Railways (“the Employer”) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following package.
The International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s IT Procurement.
