The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) invites bids for the Procurement, Design, Supply, and Installation of 132/33kV Grid Substations – Package 1B, under the Power System Strengthening and Renewable Energy Integration Project. The scope of work includes the Construction of Homagama 132/33kV and Negombo 132/33kV Grid Substations. Funded through an international loan, the bidding process will follow International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures
