Establish a Passenger Facilitation Service Facility
The objective of the project is driven by the need to provide a premium experience for high-value passengers at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA). This terminal will offer expedited processes, privacy, and top-notch amenities, catering to the needs of VIPs, business travelers, and other discerning passengers. The exclusive terminal will set a new benchmark for luxury travel, comparable to similar facilities at leading international airports. The project will be under a Public-Private Partnership, and will be implemented on a Build Own Transfer (BOT) basis.
