EPC-LED Development of a 50 MWAC Solar Power Plant with Battery Energy Storage
Trincomalee Power Company Limited (TPCL), a joint venture between Sri Lanka’s Ceylon Electricity Board and India’s NTPC Limited, is developing a 50 MWac utility scale solar power project at Sampoor, Trincomalee. The project integrates a 20 MW / 20 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and is being implemented under an International Competitive Bidding framework, offering experienced EPC contractors, technology partners, and investors an opportunity to participate in this project.
