This flagship project involves the development of a state-of-the-art, six-storied facility crowned with a sophisticated control tower, aimed at revolutionizing navigational operations and boosting overall operational efficiency. The scope of work consists of a construction of six storied building with control tower on top level, including a power house and other associated works with Mechanical, Electrical and IT related works providing all materials and labour in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings and the Bill of Quantities. Bidding adheres to the National Competitive Bidding procedure (NCB).
