Package A Works commenced in December 2020 and were suspended in July 2022 with physical completion at approximately 6%. The Contract was terminated in December 2022 but, during the six-month Suspension period, the partially completed Works received protection treatment. Since December 2022, using Airport & Aviation Services Limited (AASL) funds, two further contracts have been executed for further protection works and to complete partially completed structural elements, both contracts under the supervision of the same Consultant/Engineer as Package A scope
