In conjunction with the trade exhibition, the Embassy organised a comprehensive technical exposure and knowledge-sharing programme, in partnership with key Thai institutions. This included targeted training sessions and seminars conducted by Food Innopolis of Thailand, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), the Thai Packaging Centre, Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Marketing Association of Thailand (MAT). The program was designed to expose Sri Lankan delegates to international best practices in product innovation, branding, packaging, marketing, and sustainable production.
Delegates also visited leading Thai retail outlets and prominent food companies to gain first-hand insights into emerging consumer trends, market dynamics, and cutting-edge technologies in the industry.
