Sri Lanka to participate in largest international trade show for automotive aftermarket
The largest international trade show for the automotive aftermarket and service industry in the Middle East and Africa region is to host its 17th edition from 10 – 12 June, 2019.

In Automechanika Dubai, over 1,880 exhibitors across 13 halls showcasing a diverse range of products, equipment and services.
Around 32,000 buyers are reviewing products and pricing options from over 63 exhibiting countries and over 20 country pavilions are also part of the show, media reports have stated.
Automechanika Dubai in partnership with REIFEN, the world-renowned trade fair for the tyre industry will raise the profile of this segment among trade buyers, leading to greater opportunities for businesses to connect with their target audience, media report have further noted.
According to media reports, Associated CEAT and Global Rubber Industries from Sri Lanka are exhibiting in the “REIFEN Zone”.
As Automechanika Dubai is a potential show for the region so a high number of importers are visiting from Sri Lanka.
Chandramouli Jayaraman, General Manager Sales (Middle East, Africa and India) of Global Rubber Industries has been quoted as saying, “We exhibit Automechanika Dubai every year, it gives great opportunities. That’s why we are increasing our stand size and try to have better presentation next year.”
