Port City Colombo is a Public Private Partnership project (PPP) between the Government of Sri Lanka and CPCC. An initial investment of USD 1.4 Bn is envisaged for the land reclamation and development of infrastructure, in the form of a Foreign Direct Investment, without any debt upon the Government of Sri Lanka.
