Nicklin, known for her books ‘Softening the Edge’ and ‘Empathy at Work’, will collaborate with 84 Tours to bring global insights on empathy and workplace engagement to the tourism sector.

A key pillar of the initiative shall be the advancement of women’s empowerment, with a focus on creating inclusive spaces that foster leadership, personal growth, and economic opportunity for women, both among participants and within the local communities engaged through the programme. 
The scope of services includes the implementation of a specialised MICE tourism programme designed to integrate organisational empathy methodologies within curated, business-orientated travel experiences that showcase the cultural, historical, and natural heritage of Sri Lanka. While Sri Lanka has been identified as a must visit tourist destination, the country is to reach its full potential in the MICE tourism concept.
