Invitation for Consultancy Service for Kankesanthurai Port
The Government of Sri Lanka has decided to rehabilitate the Port of Kankesanthurai (KKS). The project consists of rehabilitation of the existing 1400m long breakwater in the same location and in same orientation and to construct two jetties along the breakwater. The proposed development activities are needed to implement with precautionary measures to minimize the environmental impact and pollution.
Accordingly, the Chairman of Sri Lanka Ports Authority hereby invites proposals from reputed firms or consortia for conducting an EIA study for rehabilitation of port of KKS.
