The objective of this project is to provide the Ministry of Justice with state of the art, modern physical infrastructure that is designed to increase the efficiency, ease of administration and enhance user experience of the justice system
Design, Build, Lease and Transfer (DBLT). Transfer of the Ownership and dispose all rights at the end of the lease period of 15 Years with an initial grace period of 1 Year beginning from the date of handing over the whole building complex for occupation.
