Colombo Water&Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Program
The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Greater Colombo Water and Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Program and intends to apply part of the loan funds to cover eligible payments under the above-mentioned contract.
Excavation of Trial Trenches of Locate under ground cables, pipes etc in Southern Catchment of CMC which include the following.

• Cutting & removing of existing asphalt surface
• Excavation of trial trenches – total length 400m in scattered locations, depth from 2m to 5m
• Temporary and permanent reinstatement asphalt road/sidewalks
• Shoring and Dewatering
• Traffic diversion
• Testing of soil samples and reporting through an approved laboratory
