Other 2018 finalists with multiple nominations include Walkers CML Properties (Private) Limited with four nominations, Home Lands Skyline Pvt Ltd with three, and Indocean Developers (Pvt) Ltd with two.
Indocean Developers director Pradeep Moraes has also been selected as the first-ever Sri Lanka Real Estate Personality of the Year, recognising his contributions to raise standards in the local real estate sector as well as his work as chairman of the Condominium Developers Association of Sri Lanka (CDASL).

OSL take:

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Sri Lanka) 2018 is an indication of the rapid growth recorded in Sri Lanka’s house and property as well as construction sectors. Also the recognition of over 12 property development companies in Sri Lanka would provide an opportunity for foreign companies looking at entering into Sri Lanka’s real estate market to form partnerships/joint ventures with local companies to engage in the Sri Lankan real estate sector.
